Observation

At the time of the site visit there were clear outlet plug ins inserted into the outlets accessible to the children and are a choking hazard. Stepping stool cracked in large area with sharp edges and breaking off. Each classroom has areas of chipping paint/plaster. The classrooms have some cabinet countertops in the bathrooms and outside of the classroom with strips peeling off exposing pressboard. The floor area along the wall in one classroom has a large rubber boarder peeled off and another area along a sink cabinet where it is peeled off in a section exposing press board. There are some classroom doors and one half door in a toddler room that have peeling varnish/sealant. The hot water temperature in one of the preschool rooms was 122.1 degrees at the time of the site visit.
